Requirements

• You have sound experience with AI tools – especially Claude co-work/Code, openclaw, or similar tools.
• Deep know-how in META and TikTok Ads – you think beyond pure campaign management.
• You understand marketing holistically and derive clear measures from data.
• Operational excellence and strategic view go hand in hand for you.
• You take responsibility for budgets, performance, and client development.
• Numbers are not just for reporting purposes for you, but a basis for decision-making.
• Clear, direct, and on-eye-level communication – internally and externally.
• Excellent German language skills (min. C1).
• Open, proactive mindset with an eye for the big picture.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in building landing pages (e.g., with AI) and in collaborating with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the performance of our clients in the paid social area (META, TikTok).
• Development and implementation of holistic growth strategies.
• Together with our AI Engineer, you will develop new approaches – from campaigns to the post-click experience.
• You don't just optimize up to the click, but consistently think about conversion, funnel, and customer journey.
• You are the strategic contact person and actively drive the success of your accounts.
• Analysis, interpretation, and derivation of concrete measures for scaling.
• Close collaboration with the creative team to increase performance in the push area.
