Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-channel paid strategy
  • Own cross-channel strategy and performance across paid social, display, video, affiliates, and offline media
  • Drive channel mix optimization to maximize incremental pipeline and revenue impact
  • Align channel strategies to personas, segments, and funnel stages
  • Drive performance and optimization
  • Evaluate and optimize channel performance based on business outcomes (pipeline, revenue, CAC)
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale across channels
  • Evaluate channel contribution and incrementality to inform investment decisions
  • Budget ownership and allocation
  • Own and optimize a multi-channel media budget, reallocating investment based on incremental returns across channels and segments
  • Align channel investment to segment-level pipeline and revenue goals
  • Support forecasting and performance planning tied to business outcomes
  • Experimentation and growth
  • Build and own a structured experimentation roadmap to drive scalable growth
  • Test new channels, formats, audiences, and creative strategies
  • Cross-functional partnership
  • Partner closely with Revenue Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales to align on growth targets, feedback loops, and performance insights
  • Establish strong feedback loops to inform optimization and performance insights
  • Ensure tight integration across paid efforts to improve full-funnel performance
