About The Position

This role requires a blend of hands-on execution and strategic thinking. The Senior Paid Media Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of paid media for a portfolio of performance-focused brands. This includes developing strategy, determining channel mix, building campaigns, optimizing performance, and reporting on results. The role involves direct client interaction, understanding their business, and building strong relationships to drive campaign success. The manager will lead paid media strategy across all relevant channels, including audience planning, budget allocation, funnel design, and campaign architecture. They will translate client briefs into robust media plans, execute hands-on setup and trafficking across platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok, and manage bidding strategies, creative iterations, and quality assurance. A key aspect of the role is client communication, including performance calls, written updates, and translating data into actionable insights and plans. Reporting responsibilities include building dashboards, setting reporting cadences, delivering insights, tracking KPIs, and making recommendations for improvement using various analytics platforms.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience in an agency or performance environment
  • Deep TikTok Ads expertise, including campaign types, creative formats, and auction dynamics
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube)
  • Proven experience with Lead Generation campaigns (lead forms, landing page funnels)
  • Proven experience with App Install / App Event campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google
  • Comfortable managing six-figure monthly budgets
  • A track record of leading client relationships with confidence
  • Proficiency in at least one reporting platform (Funnel.io, Looker Studio, Tableau, Agency Analytics, or similar)
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to run multiple accounts without dropping the thread

Responsibilities

  • Lead paid media strategy across all relevant channels, including audience planning, budget allocation, funnel design, and campaign architecture.

  • Build, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns.
  • Perform hands-on setup and trafficking across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage bidding strategies, creative iteration, and quality assurance for campaigns.
  • Serve as the primary client contact for paid media efforts.
  • Conduct performance calls and provide written updates to clients.
  • Translate data into actionable decisions and sharper plans.
  • Build reporting dashboards, set reporting cadences, and deliver insights.
  • Track campaign performance against KPIs and benchmarks.
  • Recommend next steps and strategies for campaign improvement.
