Avalon is seeking a Senior Paid Media Analyst to play a critical role in understanding how digital marketing drives results across the supporter journey for mission-driven nonprofits. This role sits at the intersection of Analytics and Digital, serving as Avalon’s lead resource for ad server implementation, multi-touch attribution, digital reporting infrastructure, and performance measurement. The analyst will work closely with the Digital team to ensure data is accurate, integrated, and actionable, while helping shape how success is measured across paid media, email, and the full digital ecosystem. The ideal candidate enjoys building reporting systems, troubleshooting data issues, analyzing cross-channel performance, and translating complex datasets into meaningful insights.
