Wilshire Law Firm is seeking a Paid Media Analyst to support performance marketing leadership with data integrity, attribution accuracy, and actionable insights across paid acquisition channels. This role will analyze performance data from campaigns across multiple channels including search, video, programmatic, CTV, and radio to ensure campaigns are measured accurately and optimized effectively. You will work closely with performance and intake teams to validate lead flow, troubleshoot tracking issues, monitor funnel conversion from click → call → retained case, and deliver clear reporting that informs budget allocation and growth strategy. This is a highly analytical role for someone who understands that clean data drives profitable acquisition.
