As our Senior Paid Media Analyst, you'll play a critical role in helping us understand how digital marketing drives results across the supporter journey. This role sits at the intersection of Analytics and Digital, serving as Avalon’s lead resource for ad server implementation, multi-touch attribution, digital reporting infrastructure, and performance measurement. You'll work closely with our Digital team to ensure data is accurate, integrated, and actionable while helping shape how we measure success across paid media, email, and the full digital ecosystem. If you enjoy building reporting systems, troubleshooting data issues, analyzing cross-channel performance, and translating complex datasets into meaningful insights, we'd love to meet you.
