About The Position

The AES Group is seeking an experienced Senior ORMB Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB). The consultant will work on billing and revenue management solutions, including requirements analysis, system configuration, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and process optimization. The role is based in Hoboken, NJ, with a pay rate of $52–$57 per hour.

Requirements

• Mandatory skills: ORMB functional and ORMB technical.
• Deep expertise in ORMB configuration, implementation, and billing workflows.
• Strong background in revenue management and reconciliation.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, system testing, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and support of ORMB billing and revenue management solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to revenue and billing, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Configure, test, and deploy ORMB solutions.
• Develop and maintain complex billing workflows and revenue management processes.
• Troubleshoot billing discrepancies and support revenue reconciliation.
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate billing processes.
• Maintain solution design, process, and operational documentation.
• Support compliance with applicable financial and regulatory requirements.
