About The Position

As a Senior Consultant, Functional Transformation on Deloitte’s Enterprise Performance team, you will help deliver enterprise technology and digital transformation solutions across finance, supply chain, and IT operations. The team works with clients and solution providers on strategy, process design, technology enablement, and operational services. In this role, you will implement and support SAP Accounts Payable solutions, including functional design, configuration, testing, and production support. The position is part of Deloitte’s Government & Public Services practice, serving federal, state, and local government clients and public higher education institutions. Recruiting for this role ends on 11/25/2026. The role requires travel averaging 25–50%, depending on the work and clients served, and the ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for the role.
• Ability to travel 25–50%, on average, based on the work, clients, and industries or sectors served.
• 5+ years of SAP Finance implementation experience.
• 1+ years of SAP Accounts Payable module implementation experience, including hands-on configuration, functional design, testing, and execution of business transactions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product.
• Ability to build and sustain professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP Accounts Payable solutions, including invoice processing, payment runs, and treasury confirmations.
• Lead functional design of interfaces supporting Accounts Payable processes and data exchange.
• Facilitate workshops with business, technical, and other stakeholders to design SAP Accounts Payable solutions.
• Coordinate solution design, build, and testing activities across the project lifecycle.
• Provide production support by reviewing support tickets, engaging users to investigate issues, and testing resolutions.
• Lead projects or workstreams and provide clear guidance to others.
