About The Position

TEKsystems is hiring multiple SAP MDG Functional Analysts for a long-term project with a government client. The roles are full-time and fully remote, with rare travel to client sites for on-site support. Candidates must have an active Secret clearance. Salary is flexible based on experience, with a stated range of $140,000–$160,000 per year. The position is permanent and based out of Neptune Beach, Florida. The consultant will collaborate with government stakeholders, functional teams, and technical resources to establish governance processes for public-sector master data, improve data quality, and ensure consistency across integrated SAP landscapes. The role applies SAP MDG subject matter expertise to configure functionality, implement governance best practices, and support enterprise master data initiatives that improve operational efficiency, data integrity, and mission success. The project includes roles focused on SAP MDG Funds Management, Finance, Business Partner, and Enterprise Asset Management.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements-gathering sessions and business process workshops to define master data governance requirements.
Collaborate with government stakeholders and business partners to capture business rules, document functional requirements, and design master data models.
Configure the SAP MDG framework, including data modeling, UI FPM modeling, and process modeling.
Configure change request workflows, validation rules, and derivation rules using SAP Business Rule Framework Plus (BRF+).
Configure the Data Replication Framework (DRF) and support master data synchronization using SOA Services, Web Services, IDocs, and ALE.
Design and maintain governance policies, validation rules, duplicate checks, and approval workflows to improve master data quality and compliance.
Develop functional design, configuration, and business process documentation.
Support data migration, data conversion, and master data cleansing activities during SAP implementations.
Perform unit and integration testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Troubleshoot SAP MDG production issues and support ongoing system enhancements.
Participate in process mapping and change management activities to support adoption of SAP MDG solutions.
Travel on rare occasions to client sites to provide on-site support.
