About The Position

A global organization is integrating Finance operations to enable consistent, enterprise-wide financial visibility and faster close cycles. Today, differences in financial calendars and reliance on manual adjustments limit timely, scalable insights for regional and functional leaders. The company is implementing system-enabled consolidation using SAP Central Finance to streamline how financial results are reported, interpreted, and trusted. While transactional changes are minimal, the shift introduces significant changes in mindset, ways of working, and data confidence across Finance. Structured change management, communications, and training will be essential to drive readiness and adoption. This role will support the transformation from July–December 2026, partnering with global and regional Finance teams to ensure a smooth transition. The Senior OCM Lead will drive regional change, communications, and training activities supporting Finance Integration across multiple regions. This role partners closely with program leadership, regional Finance teams, and Change/Comms partners to ensure stakeholders understand impacts, are prepared for new processes, and adopt new ways of working with confidence. This is a senior, hands-on delivery role requiring deep OCM experience and strong familiarity with Finance organizations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Organizational Change Management experience, including large-scale transformation
  • Strong experience supporting Finance organizations or Finance-related programs
  • Proven ability to operate independently and influence senior stakeholders across complex, matrixed environments
  • Experience working in global or multi-region transformations preferred

Responsibilities

  • Validate and document regional change impacts
  • Identify and confirm regional stakeholder groups
  • Conduct change readiness and adoption assessments
  • Partner with regional teams to execute mitigation plans based on assessment results
  • Regionalize the global Communications & Change Management plan
  • Partner with global and regional teams to execute communications and engagement sessions
  • Manage sender alignment, distribution lists, and message deployment
  • Identify opportunities to coordinate Finance Integration communications for a cohesive associate experience
  • Regionalize training strategy, plans, and content
  • Align on training approach for BPOs (may vary by region)
  • Identify and mitigate gaps in global content or approach
  • Coordinate training execution (scheduling, trainer coordination, invites, attendance tracking)
  • Measure and report on training effectiveness
  • Partner closely with the Regional Finance Integration Lead and team
  • Support updates to CFO and senior leadership, as appropriate
  • Collaborate with Regional & Accelerator Change/Comms teams supporting all functions in-region
