We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support large-scale insurance transformation programs. This role is designed for practitioners who can operate within complex environments, translate business and technology change into actionable strategies, and drive adoption across all levels of an organization. This is a hands-on transformation role—ideal for individuals who design and execute change strategies, not just advise on them. As an OCM Consultant, you will work as part of a broader transformation team supporting enterprise programs, including platform implementations and operating model changes. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to assess impacts, design change strategies, and deliver execution across communications, training, and stakeholder engagement. This role requires the ability to navigate structured programs while adapting to evolving priorities and business needs.
