About The Position

The Senior Order Coordinator oversees high-complexity orders involving accounts in all verticals, multiple service locations, and custom configurations. The role acts as a subject matter expert for the order entry process and provides mentorship to junior team members. This position works cross-functionally to streamline processes, resolve escalations, and support operational excellence initiatives across the order lifecycle.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, business administration, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
A minimum of 4 years of order coordination, order entry, and/or billing
Must have some experience in the Telecommunications industry or a similar industry
In-depth knowledge of telecom technologies and service offerings
Experience with CRM and Order Management systems
Project coordination skills with a strong sense of accountability and urgency
Excellent written and verbal communication
Demonstrated ability to lead without formal authority
