We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Service Order Coordinator to support the day-to-day review and close out of technician field jobs. This role will report to the Global Director of Service, as part of the Customer Service department within the API business unit. The API business unit manufactures the Valmet Maxum Gas Chromatograph, System Integration projects, and provides support for Valmet analytical products.

Responsibilities

Analyzing and review project documentation for invoicing and closing out jobs for Demand Service, Maintenance Agreements, Revamps, FEES/FEED, and other special projects
Invoice and close out field service jobs as per established timelines.
Track weekly status and be able to identify revenue forecast for current month.
Communicate with customers (internal and external) to resolve discrepancies with service jobs as they may occur.
Portal focal point for the Field Service team (own jobs as well as those of others on the team).
Month end coordination of customer feedback survey program for field service
Monthly reports with Finance
Back-up support to other team members during vacation or other absence periods
