About The Position

The Senior Operator supports the Kitchen Department in production at Nestlé Health Science. The role leads more complex manufacturing tasks and helps ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently, while contributing to product quality, consistency, teamwork, and production goals. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with a required 4–5-day onboarding program during the first week, typically from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Requirements

• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to work at heights of up to 25 feet.
• Understanding of basic manufacturing equipment and inventory processes.
• Comfortable using computers, tablets, and other digital tools.
• Basic math skills and mechanical understanding.
• Team-oriented and dependable.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens.
• Flexible to work overtime based on business needs.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or factory setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, clean, operate, and maintain equipment and machinery.
• Monitor and control process parameters to meet safety and quality standards.
• Operate automated systems using Human Machine Interface (HMI) technology.
• Perform in-process checks and quality inspections.
• Accurately scale and measure ingredients.
• Complete data entry using paper forms, computers, or tablets.
• Collaborate across departments to meet production goals.
• Follow safety rules, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
