About The Position

Microsoft's Creative, Brand & Advertising organization is seeking a Senior Operations Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone of a high-volume, fast-paced creative organization. The role sits at the intersection of Campaign Operations, Creative Operations, and Platforms & Technology, managing the day-to-day operating model that enables work to move efficiently from intake through delivery. It is responsible for intake and prioritization, team capacity, resource coordination, portfolio visibility, and ensuring work is staffed, tracked, and delivered across a complex portfolio of campaigns and creative initiatives. The position also partners across teams to continuously improve workflows, governance, reporting, and planning practices. While it does not build operational platforms or systems, it serves as a business owner and practitioner, helping shape how systems are used to support delivery, improve team effectiveness, and scale operations. Success requires strategic thinking alongside hands-on execution, including managing workflow, facilitating resource and capacity decisions, coordinating contractor and agency support, and improving the processes and operating rhythms that enable organizational performance. Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. Employees bring a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate toward shared goals. The company emphasizes respect, integrity, accountability, and an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive.
