About The Position

This role is five (5) days in our La Jolla, CA office. A day in the life of our Senior Marketing Operations Specialist: Creating and optimizing marketing workflows: Be responsible for execution and maintenance of everything from creating email programs to setting up lead nurturing campaigns. Expertise in email programs and audience segmentation is a must in order to lead A/B testing within campaigns, and other optimizations. Managing marketing technology: Assist in managing the Marketing Technology stack, which includes tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Bizible, Qualified, and others. Ensure that these tools are integrated and working properly, and they help to troubleshoot any problems that arise. Tracking and measuring marketing metrics: Provide insight on performance of marketing campaigns. Use data to identify what's working and what's not, and make recommendations for improvement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Work closely and communicate effectively with marketing, sales, sales operations, and many, many others, to ensure that marketing campaigns are successful. Work to understand the needs of each team and to find ways to make marketing campaigns more effective.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Marketo experience
  • Salesforce experience
  • Time management & Organizational Skills
  • Program Management tools (JIRA)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office & GSuite

Responsibilities

  • Creating and optimizing marketing workflows, including email programs and lead nurturing campaigns.
  • Executing and maintaining email programs and setting up lead nurturing campaigns.
  • Leading A/B testing within campaigns and other optimizations.
  • Assisting in managing the Marketing Technology stack (Salesforce, Marketo, Bizible, Qualified, etc.).
  • Ensuring marketing technology tools are integrated and functioning properly.
  • Troubleshooting problems that arise with marketing technology.
  • Providing insights on marketing campaign performance.
  • Using data to identify campaign successes and areas for improvement.
  • Making recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Collaborating closely and communicating effectively with marketing, sales, and sales operations teams.
  • Understanding the needs of cross-functional teams to enhance marketing campaign effectiveness.
