This role is five (5) days in our La Jolla, CA office. A day in the life of our Senior Marketing Operations Specialist involves creating and optimizing marketing workflows, managing marketing technology, tracking and measuring marketing metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The specialist will be responsible for the execution and maintenance of various marketing tasks, including email programs and lead nurturing campaigns. Expertise in email programs and audience segmentation is crucial for leading A/B testing and other optimizations. The role also assists in managing the Marketing Technology stack, ensuring tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Bizible, and Qualified are integrated and functioning correctly, and troubleshooting any issues. Providing insights on marketing campaign performance through data analysis to identify areas for improvement is key. Effective communication and collaboration with marketing, sales, and sales operations teams are essential for campaign success and understanding team needs to enhance marketing effectiveness.
