The expected hiring range for this role is $54,400 to $68,000 based on a 35-hour work week. Requirements

  • 5+ years of reception and office administration experience in a high-volume environment
  • Exceptional client service and professional communication in person, by phone, and in writing
  • Highly organized, able to manage competing priorities, and work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office, and quick to learn new systems and technologies
  • Collaborative, adaptable professional who handles sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and clients while providing reception coverage and managing front office operations
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, catering, office supplies, budgets, invoices, and vendor relationships to support efficient office operations
  • Support employee onboarding, office transitions, security access management, equipment returns, and administrative processes
  • Coordinate document retention, compliance activities, workplace safety initiatives, and quarterly vendor audits
  • Support Head Office events and serve as a central resource for employee and client inquiries across the organization
