As a Senior NPOC Planning & Delivery Consultant supporting the Network Planning Team, you'll lead the planning and delivery of strategic Operational and Commercial initiatives that strengthen Southwest's network and support Enterprise objectives. This role partners across Commercial, Operational, and other departments to identify opportunities, develop business cases, align stakeholders, and drive project execution from concept through implementation. The Senior NPOC Planning & Delivery Consultant uses analytics, critical thinking, project management, and storytelling to influence decisions, manage competing priorities, and deliver solutions that improve network performance and business results. Projects may include supporting new market strategies, commercial and revenue initiatives, charter business transformation efforts, competitive station initiatives, and other network planning priorities. Due to the nature of this role, you would be required to work from our Dallas, TX Headquarters facility during business hours.
