About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer with L3+ expertise, specifically focusing on Datacenter environments. The role involves deploying and operating large-scale datacenter and Point of Presence (POP) networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in L2/L3 troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and supporting network migrations, upgrades, and new deployments. Responsibilities include maintaining IP/VLAN plans, diagrams, port maps, and documentation, as well as managing Palo Alto firewall policies and Panorama. A key aspect of this role is automating provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and remediation using tools like Python, Ansible, and Terraform. The engineer will also coordinate with carriers, colocation providers, and vendors, and support rack design, cabling, hardware installation, and asset management. Executing phased datacenter migrations with minimal disruption and managing Return Material Authorization (RMA) activities are also crucial parts of the job.

Requirements

• 7+ Years of experience
• CCNP Certification (Mandatory / Strongly Preferred)
• Senior Network Engineering — L3+ experience
• Datacenter Deployment & Operations experience
• Experience with Cisco C9200 / C9300X | IOS-XE
• Experience with Palo Alto PA5500 | Panorama | PAN-OS
• Proficiency in Routing, Switching, TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6
• Knowledge of STP / RSTP / MSTP
• Experience with VLANs, Trunking, EtherChannel / LAG
• Experience with StackWise / StackWise Virtual
• Fiber Optics & Optical Network Troubleshooting skills
• Python — MUST HAVE
• Experience with Ansible | Terraform | Linux
• Network Automation & API Integration experience
• Firewall & Network Security knowledge
• Experience with Zabbix / PRTG
• RCA, Incident Management & Troubleshooting skills
