Providing operation, administration, and continuous improvement of enterprise network and security infrastructures across both company and customer environments. This role supports SD WAN, MPLS routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs and related technologies deployed in these environments. The position includes provisioning, troubleshooting, migrations, documentation, vendor coordination and direct customer support. The engineer contributes to ITIL processes, RCA activities, and assists in strengthening standards, architecture designs, and technology roadmaps. Close collaboration with customers, internal teams, ISPs, and vendors is essential.
