We are seeking a talented individual to join our Career Communication team at Mercer. This role will be based anywhere in the U.S. a Mercer office is located, as this is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The Client-Facing Employee Communications Specialist crafts clear, targeted employee communications—synthesizing information and data, writing and editing materials for digital and print channels, implementing communication plans, and ensuring quality and accuracy across deliverables. You will partner with change-management and communication consultants, HR subject-matter experts, and external vendors to deliver client-facing HR communications.
