About The Position

Northpoint Mortgage is a growing New England-based mortgage lender with branch offices across several states. We offer a flexible, performance-driven sales environment and a strong commitment to supporting our loan officers. Our team has a deep understanding of the local market and the needs of area realtors and homebuyers due to local underwriting, local processing, and community-based branches. We value transparency and accessibility, encouraging loan officers to speak directly with our President and COO. Loan officers have the flexibility to work remotely or from any of our branch locations throughout the region.

Requirements

An active NMLS license or federal loan originator registration
Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills
A proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, attorneys, accountants, and other referral partners
The ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficiency with mortgage and business-related software systems

Utilize streamlined underwriting and closing processes to reduce time from application to funding.
Tailor competitive and profitable pricing to specific markets and client bases.
Leverage advanced, customized automation supporting loan origination, product guidelines, pricing, HR systems, and marketing initiatives.
