About The Position
Northpoint Mortgage is a growing, New England-based mortgage lender with a presence in multiple states. We offer a flexible, performance-driven sales environment and are committed to supporting our loan officers. Our team possesses a deep understanding of local markets and the needs of realtors and homebuyers due to our local underwriting, local processing, and community-based branches. We encourage loan officers to engage directly with our President and COO to understand our structure, culture, and the benefits of a midsize lender. Loan officers have the flexibility to work remotely or from any of our branch locations. We provide customized and automated marketing solutions for client engagement and referral partner retention, streamlined underwriting and closing processes to reduce time from application to funding, and competitive pricing tailored to specific markets and client bases. Advanced automation supports loan origination, product guidelines, pricing, HR systems, and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- An active NMLS license or federal loan originator registration.
- Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, attorneys, accountants, and other referral partners.
- The ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with mortgage and business-related software systems.
