Requirements

An active NMLS license or federal loan originator registration.
Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills.
A proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, attorneys, accountants, and other referral partners.
The ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency with mortgage and business-related software systems.

Utilize streamlined underwriting and closing processes to reduce time from application to funding.
Leverage competitive and profitable pricing tailored to specific markets and client bases.
Employ advanced, customized automation supporting loan origination, product guidelines, pricing, HR systems, and marketing initiatives.
