Requirements

An active NMLS license or federal loan originator registration.
Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, attorneys, accountants, and other referral partners.
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency with mortgage and business-related software systems.

Support consistent client engagement and long-term referral partner retention through customized and automated marketing solutions.
Originate loans, manage product guidelines, and pricing.
