About The Position

GRVTY is seeking a highly skilled Senior Modernization Analyst to support mission-critical intelligence operations. The role calls for deep analytic expertise, modernization capabilities, and experience supporting national security objectives across GEOINT, multi-INT, and enterprise-level analytic environments. The analyst will innovate, modernize analytical tradecraft, and integrate advanced methodologies into customer mission sets.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain a CI Poly.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience, professional certifications, and training may be used in lieu of years of experience.
• Expertise in advanced analytic methodologies and demonstrated ability to apply them to multi-INT analysis.
• Demonstrated Intelligence Community experience working with integrated teams and documented analytic methodologies.
• Proficiency in methods for modernizing workflows and enhancing analytic rigor.
• Senior-level proficiency with Python and developing and operationalizing analytics solutions.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting DoD and IC report production, briefings, and formal analytic publications.
• Experience with API-driven ingestion, ETL pipelines, or microservice-based analytic architectures.
• Understanding of Transnational Criminal Organizations (TCOs) operating within the USSOUTHCOM AOR.
• Understanding of coca cultivation and production areas.
• Familiarity with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 203 (Analytic Standards) and ICD 206.
• Ability to design and deliver briefings, demonstrations, and training events for users at all skill levels across mission applications.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced analytic methodologies to perform multi-INT analysis that augments imagery analysis and provides mission-specific context to uncover relationships, trends, and mission-relevant events.
• Work with integrated Intelligence Community teams and apply documented analytic methodologies to answer complex intelligence questions.
• Modernize workflows and enhance analytic rigor.
• Develop Python-based solutions to advance analytics and operationalize analytic models as repeatable processes supporting intelligence production at scale.
• Apply modern data science best practices, including governance, reproducibility, transparency, and lifecycle management.
