About The Position

PrizePicks is seeking an experienced Senior Mixed Methods UX Researcher to lead end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research in support of its members and product decisions. The role partners closely with product managers, designers, engineers, data scientists, and analytics teams to set research direction, choose appropriate methods, and balance speed with rigor. The researcher independently scopes and executes both evaluative and generative studies, combines behavioral data with user insights, and translates findings into strategic, actionable recommendations. The position also contributes to the development of PrizePicks’ research practice by setting standards, creating reusable frameworks and resources, introducing methods and tools—including responsible use of AI in analysis and synthesis—and mentoring colleagues. The role champions accessible, inclusive research that reflects the diversity of PrizePicks members. This is a hybrid position based at PrizePicks headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, or New York, New York. The application period is expected to remain open for 30 days from posting, though the date may be adjusted. The position requires authorization to work for any U.S. employer; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
