About The Position

4AM Media owns and operates 3 DTC brands across health, cleaning, and pets. They are full-stack brand builders, handling supply chain, creative, custom funnels, media buying, analytics, and customer service in-house. Last year, they spent over $40M across paid media scaling their own products. They are looking for a Senior Meta Media Buyer to take ownership of significant Meta spend across their brand portfolio and scale it profitably. The role involves full P&L responsibility for Meta budgets, including contribution margin and brand MER, with direct input on creative and testing strategies. Starting budgets typically range from $25-40k/day per buyer, with potential for scaling.

Requirements

  • 5+ years buying Meta for ecommerce.
  • At least 2 years with spend levels well over $500,000 per month.
  • Personally scaled accounts to $30k+/day in profitable spend (hands-on keyboard experience).
  • P&L thinking: understanding of contribution margin, Northbeam, nMER, and LTV, and making decisions accordingly.
  • Creative intuition: ability to predict ad performance and validate with data.
  • Comfortable with ownership and making independent decisions on testing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of meaningful Meta spend across the brand portfolio and scale it profitably.
  • Be responsible for the full P&L outcome of Meta budgets managed, including contribution margin and brand MER.
  • Have direct input on what creative gets created, tested, and killed.
  • Brief the creative team on new tests based on data analysis.
  • Ship 10-30 new creative variants and 2-5 landing page tests per week.
  • Identify and fix tracking issues promptly.
  • Provide clear updates on campaign performance, identifying what's working, what's broken, and next steps.
  • Develop and test counter-versions to competitor funnels within 72 hours.
  • Profitably manage over $1,500,000 per month across one or more brands within 12 months.
  • Build a creative testing system that the rest of the team adopts.
  • Identify and scale multiple new winning angles and/or funnels that become category-defining bets for one of the brands.
  • Be considered for expanded P&L ownership or a leadership role on the growth team.
