eJam is hiring a Media Buyer to take hands-on ownership of Meta advertising for their better-for-you candy brand. This is a senior, on-site role for someone who lives inside Ads Manager daily — building, launching, and optimizing campaigns, reading performance signals, and acting on them fast. You'll work closely with Creative and CRO to keep campaigns performing, and with leadership to make sure spend is driving real revenue and profit, not just impressions. While Meta is the primary focus of this role, familiarity with other paid channels (Google, TikTok) is a strong plus and may expand over time. This role is an individual contributor position today, with the potential to grow into team leadership as the function scales.
