About The Position

CTP is seeking a passionate and experienced paid media professional for a Senior Media Supervisor, Associate Media Director, or Media Director role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on media strategy, enjoys the planning process, and wants to remain closely involved in campaign execution. The role requires hands-on experience in planning, buying, optimizing, and reporting on digital campaigns, with a focus on developing smart and effective media recommendations for clients. This is not a social media management, content creation, production, influencer, or video-only role. The candidate will lead integrated paid digital media campaigns, translating client objectives into performance-driven strategies, analyzing results, uncovering insights, and presenting recommendations. The role involves a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, staying close to platforms, data, optimizations, and campaign details. Depending on the level, responsibilities will include campaign leadership, client ownership, team mentorship, deeper client leadership, team development, strategic oversight, and influencing the media practice's direction.
