The Associate Media Director (AMD), B2B Performance Marketing, will serve as the strategic lead for performance media across a large enterprise client within the financial technology/payments space. This individual will oversee full-funnel demand generation strategy, lead a cross-functional team, and partner with agency leadership to connect brand awareness investments with measurable business outcomes. This role requires a highly strategic thinker who understands how paid media influences every stage of the customer journey—from awareness through pipeline generation and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing enterprise B2B media programs and is equally comfortable discussing attribution models with analytics teams, presenting strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders, and coaching junior team members. This position will work closely with agency leadership to continue expanding the agency's performance marketing capabilities while serving as a trusted strategic advisor to the client.
