About The Position
Falcon Funded is seeking a high-performance Senior Media Buyer with proven experience managing high daily budgets ($5K–$10K+), ideally in competitive or restricted verticals such as finance, trading, crypto, or lead generation. The role involves scaling paid acquisition aggressively across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) during a new phase of growth. The ideal candidate should be comfortable scaling campaigns, testing creatives rapidly, and navigating account instability or restrictions.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing daily ad on Meta
- Strong track record of scaling profitable campaigns
- Deep understanding of performance metrics and optimization workflows
- Ability to break down performance issues (CPM / CTR / CVR) and act fast
- Hands-on experience with creative testing and iteration
Nice To Haves
- Experience in finance, trading, crypto or lead generation is a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize high-budget Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
- Scale campaigns from testing phase to $5K–$10K+ daily spend
- Build and manage campaign structures (CBO, ABO, scaling strategies)
- Continuously test creatives (hooks, angles, UGC, formats)
- Monitor and optimize performance (CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV)
- Identify and solve performance drops (creative fatigue, audience saturation, etc.)
