About The Position

Infosys is hiring a Senior Maximo Consultant in its Enterprise Application Integration Services unit. The role involves configuring, integrating, supporting, and maintaining IBM Maximo, as well as contributing to ERP solution design and implementation. The consultant will work with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business requirements, develop and maintain application features, support system integrations and data migration, and document customizations and train users. The position may require relocation and/or travel to the work or project location. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship.

Requirements

• Experience in configuration, integration, support, and maintenance of IBM Maximo v8.0 or later.
• Experience with application design, automation scripts using Python or JavaScript, and complex Maximo configurations.
• Hands-on experience with REST and JSON-based integrations.
• Experience with middleware integrations such as MuleSoft or SAP PI.
• Maximo migration experience, including release and deployment management activities.
• Data migration experience using Informatica and the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF).
• Experience with data modeling for BI reporting and hands-on BIRT experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive specialty experience in lieu of each year of education.
• Authorization to work in the United States for any employer without employer-based visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Hands-on experience and working knowledge of IBM Maximo Asset Management, including solution design, development, and implementation.
• Working knowledge of IBM Maximo EAM/APM capabilities and the Maximo Integration Framework.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and help validate specifications against business objectives and ERP capabilities.
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting with customization of ERP package modules and features based on business requirements.
• Develop and integrate features into existing applications, conduct code reviews, and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
• Configure interfaces and execute ETL processes to support system integration and consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
• Assess ERP system performance, identify enhancement opportunities, and ensure customizations comply with security measures and regulatory standards.
• Create documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Perform configuration, integration, support, and maintenance for IBM Maximo v8.0 or later.
• Support Maximo migration, release management, deployment management, and data migration activities.
• Contribute to end-to-end ERP package customization and implementation and translate requirements into development tasks.
• Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
