About The Position

The Senior Master Data Management Coordinator is responsible for analyzing and ensuring the accuracy of pricing data requests from external sources to update Product and Pricing tables for customer invoicing and inventory planning. This role also involves creating custom 'price book' reports, processing customer ownership changes, leading projects, recommending process improvements, and training new employees. Additionally, the coordinator will set up and audit sensitive tax and banking information in the Address Book for Vendors (A/P) and Customers (A/R), audit the Daily Pricing File for all products to ensure they pass through the ERP (JD Edwards), and partner with Accounting Managers to establish and audit Product mark-up and pricing recoveries. The role requires researching and resolving Product and Pricing inquiries from various internal and external stakeholders and updating the system with any missing information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience
  • High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 3 to 5 plus years of specific experience
  • Experience with JD Edwards ERP system.
  • Ability to analyze and ensure accuracy of data.
  • Skills in creating custom reports.
  • Experience in processing ownership changes.
  • Project leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to recommend process improvements.
  • Training capabilities.
  • Experience with setting up and auditing product and pricing data.
  • Experience with setting up and auditing tax and banking information.

Responsibilities

  • Audit Daily Pricing File needs for all products to ensure they pass through the ERP (JD Edwards).
  • Partner with Accounting Managers to establish and audit Product mark-up and pricing recoveries, including Advanced Pricing and Advanced Pricing Setup.
  • Research and resolve Product and Pricing inquiries from Vendors, Centralized Purchasing, Distribution Centers, and customers.
  • Update System with any missing information.
  • Other duties as assigned.
