About The Position

The Master Data Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of master data across key business systems. The role supports business operations by maintaining high-quality customer, vendor, material, and product data. The position is based at JBS USA’s corporate headquarters in Greeley, Colorado, and involves working with cross-functional stakeholders to support data quality and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update master data records in SAP and other business systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards and policies.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data standards, processes, and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Sales, Finance, and IT, to gather and validate data requirements and identify process improvements.
• Develop an understanding of overall business processes to support key stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies, and provide issue resolution.
• Support system upgrades and onboarding plants onto master data systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
