About The Position

The Senior Marketing Technology Manager is responsible for enhancing and developing the Field MarTech stack, with a special focus on platforms supporting social media efforts. The role oversees the success of these capabilities, whether delivered in-house or through vendor-hosted tools, and drives requirements for new tools and enhancements to existing tools such as web, social, and events. The position partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to build strong relationships and advance core projects and initiatives. The role leads, maintains, troubleshoots, and evolves the social media platform currently supported by Sprinklr; helps define the future Field MarTech roadmap by interviewing stakeholders and integrating needs into the enterprise roadmap; and gathers technical requirements for implementation teams. It develops user stories and testing criteria and partners with business stakeholders on UAT. The manager builds internal stakeholder relationships, manages vendor partnerships, monitors and recommends marketing technology stacks for field engagement, and tracks overall field usage. Working across Marketing, Product, and Engineering, the manager develops the MarTech stack, technical strategy, and Field MarTech roadmap; evaluates alignment with the sales funnel and identifies gaps and redundancies. The role also follows technology trends and industry practices, develops use cases with business and technology strategists, and partners with enterprise stakeholders—including legal, privacy, internal business and technology strategists, and third-party marketing and advertising agencies—to improve business needs and adoption.
