About The Position

The Senior Marketing Strategy Manager leads the global marketing strategy for CPC's Core Business Unit. This role involves working closely with key stakeholders to develop long-term strategies for business growth and brand awareness. The position collaborates with the corporate Marketing department and external agencies to create effective marketing campaigns and content strategies. It requires expertise in global and digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or commensurate experience.
  • 15+ years of business-to-business manufacturing experience with multiple sales channels.
  • Expert in B2B sales processes and interactive marketing, including search engine marketing, online media, social media, e-mail marketing and account-based and channel marketing.
  • Innovative, big-picture thinker who understands market dynamics and can spot industry trends, to develop, articulate and drive global marketing strategies and vision.
  • Ability to synthesize strategy into actionable marketing plans with clear objectives and metrics for success.
  • Strong cross-functional team skills, with the ability to partner effectively with internal departments and external vendors.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into insights for business decisions.
  • Effective problem-solver, with the ability to evolve processes over time.
  • Marketing experience with multiple product lines.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and flexible environment.
  • Competent at managing marketing budgets and forecasts, maximizing dollars for effective marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global marketing strategy for CPC Core Business Unit
  • Integrate multi-platform marketing opportunities that address digital and regional requirements and incorporate where appropriate advertising, promotions, public relations, tradeshows, and customer and channel partner communications
  • Create marketing mix and plan, utilizing an omni-channel, customer-centric approach
  • Apply expertise to new product initiatives and corporate brand awareness
  • Define commercial customer experience, including digital UX optimization and partnering with corporate customer service teams
  • Define and achieve marketing metrics to ensure effective programs and to gain marketing and operational insights
  • Design and develop content strategy and social media campaigns that creatively and effectively articulate CPC’s brand message and key value propositions
  • Partner with Sales and Product Management for sales enablement structure and content
  • Collaborate with internal and agency partners to develop content platforms and brand stories to communicate CPC’s capabilities and applications to target audiences, tailoring specific content to global regions and markets.
  • Comply with all Quality policies while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the process of ISO, ASI, and other certifications deemed necessary by the business.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Provide leadership and work direction for employees in the Marketing department and agency partners.
