Senior Marketing Strategist Data Analytics

Stitch Consulting Services, Inc.

About The Position

Lead data-driven marketing strategy for Stitch’s clients. Turn complex data into insight, insight into strategy, and strategy into measurable business impact. Stitch is the global leader in helping brands drive CRM performance through Braze and Databricks. We work with Fortune 1000 brands to design and execute martech-driven solutions and lifecycle marketing strategies that drive meaningful outcomes—producing award-winning work for brands like Taco Bell and e.l.f. cosmetics. Our fast-growing team spans the US, UK, and Canada. We’re actively building the best customer relationship marketing (CRM) consultancy in the world. Not the biggest—the best. We’re looking for teammates who are energized by this challenge. First and foremost, you’re motivated by impact. To be the best CRM consultancy in the world, we have to be motivated by performance—both in how our work drives outcomes for our customers, and for how our work drives outcomes for Stitch. This means you’re not content with status quo—you’re always looking towards what’s next and seeking opportunities to grow yourself, grow our customers, and grow Stitch. You have relentless standards and uphold them unapologetically. You move nimbly, take ownership, drive things forward, and make the people around you better. If this sounds like you, you will thrive here. Stitchers come with diverse backgrounds and experiences—but we are tied together by our Common Threads. These are the values that define our Stitchers: Form Lasting Bonds — We’re a people business. We consistently show up for our team, our partners, and our clients in ways that build trust and champion others. Seek Solutions — We aren’t order takers. We’re solution designers. We solve problems, move fast, deliver excellence, and drive results. We always have a point of view. Don’t Settle — We don’t accept the way things have always been done. We think bigger, pursue growth, and find motivation in the discomfort that scares most people away. Take the Lead — We forge our own path without waiting for permission. We push boundaries, lead our team and customers, and find the answer when one doesn’t exist yet. As a Senior Marketing Strategist specializing in data analytics, you are helping clients unlock the full potential of their marketing data. You will develop the frameworks, roadmaps, and analytical approaches that allow brands to mature their use of data—turning raw signals into strategic insight and measurable business outcomes. You will work with enterprise marketers and data leaders to build scalable, analytics-driven strategies that connect marketing performance to business impact. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Strategist who thrives at the intersection of data, analytics, and marketing strategy. You will act as a trusted analytics leader—defining how brands mature their data practices, build measurement frameworks, and derive strategic direction from complex data. You will translate complex data signals into strategic blueprints and act as a trusted advisor to marketing and technology leaders.

Requirements

  • Strong familiarity with at least one analytics or BI platform—Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent—and experience with enterprise martech platforms such as Braze or Segment.
  • Independently builds analysis from dashboards, reports, and experiment results. Makes recommendations without guidance.
  • Strong analytical foundation—comfortable working with large datasets, building performance models, and deriving strategy from data.
  • Designs experimentation frameworks tied to business outcomes, not just engagement metrics.
  • Exceptional communicator with the ability to synthesize complexity into executive-level storytelling.
  • Specialized strategic experience within a category relevant to work at Stitch. For example: loyalty strategy, data strategy, or industry-specific strategy experience (QSR, Retail, Media & Communications, etc.).
  • Translate data and strategic complexity into business language clients can act on. Lead meetings that drive decisions, not just updates.
  • Build relationships at multiple levels. Communicate effectively with C-suite, project leads, and technical teams.
  • Present recommendations with rationale and tradeoffs, not just analysis.
  • Manage strategic scope confidently. Know when to push the client's thinking further and when to meet them where they are.
  • Own outcomes. Lead without being asked. Identify what needs doing and do it.
  • Mentor and provide feedback for other Marketing Strategists. Share feedback with peers regularly that makes all of us better.
  • 7+ years of experience in data-driven marketing strategy, CRM, martech consulting, or digital transformation roles.
  • Demonstrated track record building and presenting multi-year martech roadmaps to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience facilitating executive discovery workshops, business prioritization sessions, and strategic planning engagements.
  • Client-facing experience within an agency or consultancy required.
  • Net new platform implementation experience preferred: you've contributed to building a lifecycle marketing strategy from the ground up as part of an initial deployment.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Clients see you as a trusted strategic advisor—not just a campaign recommender. They come to you for perspective on their broader marketing strategy.
  • Your strategic frameworks, journey maps, and roadmaps are reusable and teachable. Other strategists reference your work.
  • You are building a recognized area of deep strategic expertise that clients and teammates specifically seek you out for.
  • You are driving strategic conversations at the executive level within client organizations.
  • Your mentorship is producing visible results: team members you work with are leveling up their strategic skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build use-case prioritization frameworks using quantitative scoring models that weigh business value, technical feasibility, and measurable customer impact.
  • Develop journey governance frameworks, testing roadmaps, and maturity assessments that help clients scale and optimize programs without accumulating architectural debt.
  • Design marketing analytics and KPI architectures that connect campaign-level metrics to business outcomes, including experimentation frameworks and performance narratives that enable data-backed investment decisions.
  • Leverage first-party data, behavioral signals, and CDP/CRM data to develop audience segmentation strategies, lifecycle stage definitions, and personalization frameworks.
  • Synthesize complex performance data from platforms such as Braze and turn them into actionable strategic recommendations.
  • Lead end-to-end journey mapping — from discovery workshops through current-state/future-state maps — defining personas, moments of truth, channel touchpoints, and data signals to surface experience gaps and prioritize improvements.
  • Partner with technology vendors (Braze, Segment, Databricks and others) to maintain platform intelligence and translate vendor roadmaps into client opportunity.
  • Lead sessions with Client Partners and Solution Architects to help clients understand how to transform their martech investments from SaaS to a consumption model purpose-built to advance client goals.
  • Build and present executive-ready business cases for martech investments — including ROI modeling, value realization roadmaps, and strategic narratives that translate complex technology into clear action.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to VP and C-level stakeholders—anticipating client challenges, identifying where additional Stitch capabilities can solve unmet client needs, partnering with Client Partners to strengthen long-term client relationships.
  • Participate in QBRs and EBRs to help Client Partners sequence journey investments, technology enablers, and capability-building milestones for clients.
  • Contribute to Stitch’s internal methodology: creating reusable frameworks, assessment tools, and workshop guides that raise the standard of every client engagement.
  • Author or contribute to thought leadership—LinkedIn, Webinars, and Braze Events—that position Stitch as the leading voice in modern martech strategy.
  • Manage your time to meet billable targets of 36+ hours per week.
  • Travel up to 20% for client meetings, workshops, and onsite engagements.
