About The Position

The Senior Marketing Specialist - Affinity Debit Cards plays an integral role in day-to-day marketing responsibilities and campaign development. The role conducts market research, collaborates with business and cross-functional teams, and develops and implements marketing strategies and campaigns to acquire customers and deepen relationships with existing customers. The specialist works with in-house staff and agency partners to create strategies and marketing materials for products and services, using critical thinking, innovation, and a collaborative approach to help achieve business goals and remain competitive.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or communications.
• At least 2 years of marketing experience; experience at a bank or financial institution is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop effective and innovative marketing strategies that improve business performance and customer experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to develop relationships and trust with internal and external partners.
• Constantly seeks improvement and embraces innovation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitive offerings, and demographic data.
• Collaborate with line-of-business teams to understand objectives and develop, recommend, and implement marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including line-of-business liaisons, production, creative, digital marketing, and agency partners, to market products and services.
• Own the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns to acquire new customers and deepen relationships with existing customers.
