About The Position

The Senior Marketing Specialist - Affinity Debit Cards develops and implements marketing strategies and campaigns to support business goals, acquire new customers, and deepen relationships with existing customers. The role conducts market research, collaborates with business teams and cross-functional partners, and works with in-house staff and agency partners to develop strategies and marketing materials. The specialist applies critical thinking, creativity, and a focus on continuous improvement to help Frost market its products and services and remain competitive.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or communications.
At least 2 years of marketing experience, preferably at a bank or financial institution.
Demonstrated ability to develop effective and innovative marketing strategies that improve business performance and customer experience.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Ability to develop relationships and trust with internal and external partners.
Commitment to seeking improvement and embracing innovation.
Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitive offerings, and demographic data.
Collaborate with line of business teams to understand business objectives and develop, recommend, and implement marketing strategies that achieve business goals.
Work with cross-functional teams—including line of business liaisons, production, creative, digital marketing, and agency partners—to market products and services.
Own the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns to acquire new customers and deepen relationships with existing customers.
