About The Position

Broadcast Management Group (BMG) is a leading provider of media technology solutions and managed services for broadcast, live production, and media operations. We work with enterprises, broadcasters, and production companies to build and operate mission-critical systems. Our core competencies include systems design and integration, live production staffing and operations, and channel playout infrastructure. We're growing rapidly to support an aggressive revenue target in 2027. The Senior Marketing Manager will lead a 9-person marketing team and drive campaign execution in support of BMG's aggressive revenue target. This role reports to the EVP Growth and Marketing, manages day-to-day marketing operations, oversees team productivity, and ensures the team leverages AI to multiply output without hiring additional headcount. This is a hands-on role where the manager will manage campaigns, hire talented marketers, and build scalable systems. The individual will be accountable for marketing-attributed pipeline, lead generation against customer acquisition cost goals (CAC), and thought leadership initiatives reaching 100K+ monthly organic traffic.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in B2B marketing
  • 2+ years managing a team (5+)
  • Proven track record running multi-channel campaigns (email, digital ads, ABM, events)
  • Daily AI experience; ability to coach others on AI use
  • Comfort with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot)
  • Strong project management skills; comfortable juggling 5-10 concurrent projects
  • Lean startup mentality; comfort with rapid change and iteration

  • B2B SaaS, media, broadcast, or technology solutions marketing background
  • ABM (Account-Based Marketing) or demand generation experience
  • Event marketing experience (webinars, trade shows, user conferences)
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot)
  • Design tool familiarity (Adobe Suite, Figma)

Responsibilities

  • Build, hire, and develop a 9-person marketing team focused on content, design, product marketing, analytics, and vendor partnerships.
  • Set clear KPIs aligned to revenue targets.
  • Manage annual budget.
  • Conduct weekly 1:1s and quarterly reviews.
  • Oversee multi-channel campaigns across email, digital advertising, ABM, webinars, and events.
  • Partner with sales to deliver 400+ qualified leads monthly.
  • Ensure brand consistency and on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate vendor partnerships for co-marketing with major technology partners.
  • Ensure 100% of your team uses AI tools daily for content drafting, campaign strategy, analytics, and competitive analysis.
  • Build and document repeatable AI workflows.
  • Host monthly "AI in Marketing" sessions for knowledge sharing.
  • Reduce busywork by 30%+,
  • Track marketing pipeline contribution, CAC, lead volume, and team productivity.
  • Report monthly to leadership.
  • Make data-driven decisions on budget allocation and channel investment.
