  • A robust marketing foundation encompassing segmentation, positioning, customer acquisition, qualitative market research, content strategy, SEO, paid media, social media, email marketing, events, and account-based marketing.
  • Proficiency in working with data, funnel metrics, attribution models, campaign measurement, budgets, and reporting that links marketing investments to pipeline and revenue.
  • Excellent judgment and communication skills for effective collaboration with sales, operations, technical experts, external partners, and senior leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • Ambitious builder, energized by creating new initiatives and eager for broader responsibility.
  • Strategic and hands-on approach, capable of moving from market insights and investment decisions to campaign execution, HubSpot workflows, dashboard creation, and vendor management.
  • Commercially minded, viewing marketing as a revenue-generating function focused on qualified opportunities, sales productivity, pipeline, and ROI.
  • Customer curious, with strong listening skills, ability to ask insightful questions, identify patterns, and translate insights into improved campaigns and positioning.
  • Self-directed and accountable, demonstrating urgency, follow-through, and comfort with being measured on results.

Responsibilities

  • Build the lead flow model to support bookings goals, defining the required number of leads and qualified opportunities and their advance creation timeline.
  • Create and manage integrated campaigns across various channels including email, paid media, social media, events, conferences, trade shows, webinars, outbound BDR programs, SEO, and targeted account marketing.
  • Own the marketing calendar, campaign priorities, annual marketing plan, and budget.
  • Oversee HubSpot implementation and utilization as the primary top-of-funnel platform for campaigns, lead scoring, qualification, workflows, attribution, and reporting.
  • Build dashboards to track pipeline generated by source, funnel conversion rates, cost per qualified opportunity, campaign ROI, and pipeline coverage for the next one to two quarters.
  • Conduct qualitative market research with customers, prospects, sales teams, and technical experts to refine positioning, content, offers, and campaigns.
  • Manage agencies, contractors, paid media partners, content creators, data vendors, and other external resources, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, timeliness, and results.
  • Support Guidant's M&A strategy by integrating acquired companies into Guidant's marketing systems, processes, brand, and cross-sell programs.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $130,000 to $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • 20% target annual performance bonus.
  • Opportunity for broader leadership responsibility through measurable results.
  • Participation in Shore Capital's marketing cohort, sharing best practices and learning with other marketers in a top-tier private equity firm's portfolio.
  • Direct experience with organic growth, M&A integration, cross-sell programs, and the operating discipline of a rapidly scaling services platform.
