About The Position

The Senior Marketing Manager leads Endurion's enterprise marketing function, turning corporate strategy, growth priorities, and brand direction into integrated campaigns, strategic communications, thought leadership, content, events, and market-facing initiatives. This player-coach leads the Marketing Specialist and external partners while remaining hands-on with campaigns, presentations, messaging, content, and event planning. Working across senior leadership, Growth, Business Development, Capture, technical teams, Operations, and Finance, the Director strengthens Endurion's brand and supports measurable growth in defense and national-security markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, public relations, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • Five or more years of progressive marketing experience, including ownership of campaigns, brand initiatives, communications, or integrated marketing programs.
  • Two or more years of team or functional leadership experience directing employees, contractors, or cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success developing integrated campaigns from strategy through execution and measurement, with hands-on experience across digital, social, event, content, and brand marketing.
  • Strong strategic writing and messaging skills, including the ability to translate complex capabilities and business priorities into compelling content for multiple audiences.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets, vendors, procurement processes, expenditures, multiple priorities, deadlines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a player-coach and communicate effectively with executives, Growth and Business Development, technical teams, Operations, and external partners.

Nice To Haves

  • Marketing experience in defense, federal contracting, national security, aerospace, or another business-to-government environment; familiarity with the SOF or USSOCOM ecosystem is especially valuable.
  • Experience supporting Business Development and Capture through opportunity shaping, customer engagement, capability positioning, or major pursuits.
  • Experience developing executive thought leadership and marketing complex technical or mission-focused capabilities.
  • Experience leading major conferences, sponsorships, and event activations.
  • Experience building or maturing a marketing function and managing agencies, freelancers, printers, and other external partners.
  • Working proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, CRM or email-marketing tools, social platforms, analytics tools, and project-management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the annual marketing plan and integrated campaigns aligned with corporate strategy, target markets, capabilities, customer needs, budgets, timelines, and success measures.
  • Translate enterprise strategy, technical capabilities, customer priorities, and market differentiation into compelling messaging for multiple audiences.
  • Own brand execution and editorial priorities across written, visual, video, digital, and social channels; personally develop or edit high-priority deliverables.
  • Lead executive thought leadership and work with subject-matter experts to turn complex technical or mission information into accurate, persuasive content.
  • Translate market intelligence, customer insights, and pursuit strategies into targeted marketing support for Growth, Business Development, and Capture.
  • Develop presentations, graphics, capability materials, customer collateral, and reusable messaging that communicate Endurion's capabilities consistently.
  • Support opportunity shaping, customer engagement, capability positioning, market-entry initiatives, and major pursuits while balancing planned enterprise campaigns.
  • Plan and execute major conferences, sponsorships, trade shows, customer engagements, recruiting events, and other strategic activations, including messaging, collateral, vendors, logistics, and budgets.
  • Lead digital and social media strategy, publishing priorities, content cadence, audience development, and channel performance.
  • Track campaign, channel, audience, and event performance and use the findings to improve future activity and investment.
  • Develop and manage the annual Marketing budget, purchase and procurement processes, sponsorships, vendor engagements, invoices, renewals, and expenditures.
  • Direct agencies, freelancers, printers, event vendors, and other external partners, ensuring quality, timeliness, and value.
  • Establish effective intake, prioritization, planning, approval, asset-management, technology, KPI, and performance-reporting processes.
  • Lead and develop the Marketing Specialist, support internal communications and brand adoption, and identify future staffing, technology, vendor, and resource needs.
