About The Position

Yubo is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to turn its brand ambition into effective marketing across major campaigns, paid and owned channels, and smaller tests. Reporting to the Director of Brand & Communications, the role translates Yubo’s brand strategy into an executable US marketing programme. It leads integrated brand campaigns, campaign and paid-media planning and management, and the development of influencer capabilities. The position is hands-on and high-ownership, requiring strategic thinking and practical execution, with close collaboration across Creative, PR, Product, UA, Data, Trust & Safety, and Legal. The primary focus is the US, with potential contribution to expansion into new markets as Yubo’s marketing activity grows. This is a freelance position on a six-month contract, with a target start in Q4 2026. The successful candidate will help build Yubo’s brand and drive growth by developing campaigns informed by audience insight and data, establishing effective marketing operations and measurement, and creating influencer, social, and community activity. They will contribute to Yubo’s privacy and safety by design efforts when handling tools and features involving personal data. Yubo describes its culture as valuing flexibility, well-being, and impact. Its hybrid model requires two office days per month, with the remaining work rhythm flexible. The company also highlights its Paris office, team activities, family-friendly policies, and wellness offerings.
