About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team and support our USA P&L Team. This role will lead high-impact, integrated marketing campaigns focused on driving awareness, trial, and velocity in retail. It is a strategic, cross-functional position aimed at accelerating growth, distinct from performance marketing or direct-response acquisition. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that integrate brand, shopper, and retail media efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with emerging CPG brands, a strong understanding of how to succeed in both in-store and online retail and DTC environments, and the ability to translate brand narratives into programs that yield measurable results.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on emerging or high-growth CPG brands.
  • Proven track record of leading campaigns that drive measurable Brand, DTC and Retail impact (DTC traffic, social mentions, retail velocity).
  • Deep experience with retail media networks and platforms (e.g., Amazon Ads, Instacart Ads, Walmart Connect, Kroger Precision Marketing).
  • Strong background in shopper marketing and retail activation strategies.
  • Experience managing influencer and content creator campaigns with clear business outcomes.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience translating data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in natural, organic, or plant-based food and beverage categories.
  • Familiarity with both natural and conventional grocery retail channels.
  • Experience working within a DTC subscription sales environment.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams managing key retail accounts.
  • Existing relationships with retail media partners, agencies, or key platforms.
  • Based on the U.S. East Coast.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns designed to drive DTC sales and in-store retail velocity.
  • Produce high-quality photo and short-form video content (TikToks/Reels) that showcases the product, focusing on brand aesthetics and authenticity for US social channels.
  • Create and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals to grow our online community.
  • Monitor channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster relationships with followers.
  • Support shopper marketing initiatives across key retail accounts, aligning closely with sales on priorities, launches, and promotions.
  • Execute retail media strategies across key platforms (e.g., Amazon, Instacart, Walmart Connect, Kroger Precision Marketing), optimizing for both awareness and conversion.
  • Serve as the primary marketing partner to the retail sales and DTC team, supporting line reviews, new item launches, and account-specific growth plans.
  • Build and scale influencer and content creator campaigns tied to key moments (launches, promotions, seasonal pushes).
  • Oversee campaign creative development, ensuring content is tailored to all consumer environments, social media channels, shopper behavior, and platform best practices.
  • Analyze campaign performance, retail sales data, and shopper insights to inform strategy and improve ROI.
  • Manage external agencies and partners across retail media, influencer, and creative execution.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across marketing, sales, and operations to ensure seamless execution.
