About The Position

This role plays a vital part in turning go-to-market strategy into high‑quality, consistent campaign execution across regions. The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing & Campaigns leads how digital campaigns are activated, optimised, and scaled ensuring execution excellence across paid media, ABM, and emerging channels. Working in close partnership with Growth Marketing, GTM Planning, agencies, and regional marketing teams, this role brings focus, rigour, and momentum to campaign delivery helping the organisation move faster, work smarter, and generate measurable commercial impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of experience in campaign execution, paid media, or marketing operations
  • Strong hands‑on experience with paid media platforms and campaign execution models
  • Experience working with agencies and cross‑regional marketing teams
  • Comfort operating at the intersection of data, execution, and commercial outcomes
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, grounded in real‑world execution
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Clear, confident communication able to translate performance data into meaningful insights
  • Structured problem solving and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Lead channel activation across ABM, paid media, and emerging channels, translating campaign plans into effective in-platform execution while ensuring alignment with broader go-to-market priorities.
  • Drive day-to-day execution across platforms, ensuring campaigns are launched accurately, monitored effectively, and continuously optimized through targeting, creative, and structural improvements.
  • Support the rollout of global campaign frameworks across regions, ensuring campaigns are activated effectively in local markets while maintaining consistency and quality.
  • Establish and maintain strong execution practices across platforms, including QA processes, campaign setup standards, and operational consistency to support scalable campaign delivery.
  • Support the activation and performance of ABM programs in-platform, ensuring effective execution and contributing to engagement and account progression outcomes.
  • Coordinate with agency partners to support campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality output, and alignment with internal standards.
  • Ensure campaign data is accurate and structured to support performance tracking, and provide insights to support optimization and ongoing improvement.
