Henry Holt & Co., an imprint of Macmillan with a 160-year history, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to work on titles spanning upmarket commercial fiction, literary debut, award-winning serious nonfiction, prescriptive nonfiction, and memoir. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Director, the Senior Marketing Manager will be a key team member overseeing all aspects of developing and executing title marketing campaigns, building Holt platforms and audience reach, and supporting key imprint initiatives to drive book discovery and sales. The ideal candidate will be strategic, creative, and collaborative and must possess strong presentation, prioritization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
