About The Position

The RBC Client Engagement Marketing team is hiring a Senior Marketing Manager who will play an important strategic role in driving Enterprise marketing strategies forward. In this role, the Senior Marketing Manager will lead the strategic development and execution of marketing strategies that align with the enterprise business objectives and client centricity. This role requires the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external partners at all levels while driving executional excellence.

Requirements

  • University Degree; Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with demonstrated success in merchant or brand strategy
  • Ability to leverage AI to improve productivity and executional excellence
  • Strong strategic thinking with ability to see the bigger picture while executing tactically
  • Ability to navigate a matrixed organization
  • Excellent project and time management skills with strong organizational abilities
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong cross-functional relationships
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in evolving environments

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted and collaborative relationships with internal partners responsible for Enterprise business and client strategies
  • Develop innovative and holistic marketing strategies to support partner objectives
  • Manage and execute multiple and diverse concurrent projects independently and with excellence
  • Interpret analytics and share insights and recommend strategies based on learnings
  • Development of new strategies and capabilities with partners to deliver revenue growth, cost reduction and business/marketing efficiencies
  • Build and execute client centric and informative content and engagement strategies to grow and retain RBC clients
  • Managing external agencies and partners to drive the best outcomes
