About The Position

As Senior Marketing Manager, this role will lead and develop Digital Check’s Marketing team while remaining deeply engaged in the day-to-day work that drives results. This is a highly active leadership role that blends people leadership with direct contribution across core marketing disciplines. The Senior Marketing Manager will play a critical role in evolving the marketing function from a collection of tactical activities into a cohesive, insight-driven, and performance-oriented marketing engine. This leader will help establish clearer strategy, stronger prioritization, and more consistent execution—while rolling up their sleeves to ensure programs are delivered with quality and impact. The role carries significant responsibility for hands-on product marketing execution, brand storytelling, demand generation programs, internal communications, and cross-company marketing support. In parallel, this leader will coach and guide the team, improve workflows and standards, and raise the overall effectiveness of marketing as a strategic partner to the business.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to translate business strategy into actionable marketing plans, connecting high-level priorities to concrete execution across teams, vendors, and timelines.
  • Strong working knowledge of AI-enabled marketing tools and workflows, with the ability to apply them pragmatically to content creation, research, planning, analysis, and team productivity—not as novelty, but as a force multiplier.
  • Demonstrated skill in managing and prioritizing concurrent initiatives, balancing speed, quality, and resource constraints while maintaining clarity and momentum.
  • Ability to operate effectively both independently and through others, knowing when to personally drive work forward and when to delegate, coach, and review.
  • Strong analytical and judgment skills, able to interpret data, recognize patterns, and make sound decisions without over-analysis or unnecessary delay.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Executive leadership, aligning marketing execution to revenue, product, and customer objectives.
  • Capability to establish and maintain marketing processes and standards, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and accountability across assets, channels, and contributors.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate direction, provide feedback, and ensure shared understanding across a distributed team.
  • High emotional intelligence with strong situational awareness, able to build trust, navigate differing perspectives, and lead effectively across marketing, sales, product, and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of the execution across Digital Check’s six key Marketing focus areas: Product, Visual Identity, Digital Experience, Communications, Events, and Channel Marketing.
  • Ensures product messaging is accurate and consistent across all channels.
  • Balances protection of the Digital Check legacy brand with modernization efforts aligned to future growth initiatives.
  • Ensures online assets are connected, optimized, and maintained to drive engagement, loyalty, and growth.
  • Serves as steward of Digital Check’s voice, ensuring clear, consistent positioning as The Secure Choice® across internal and external communications.
  • Executes Digital Check’s in-person marketing experiences, including tradeshows, customer events, executive meetings, and partner engagements.
  • Empowers Digital Check’s distribution and partner network with the tools, content, and messaging needed to effectively represent the brand.
  • Ensures all work across these pillars is aligned to annual priorities, resourced appropriately, and executed with consistency and quality across all customer and partner touchpoints.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day execution of the Marketing team’s work, evaluating output for accuracy, consistency, and quality, ensuring commitments are delivered on time and providing guidance and course correction as needed.
  • Serves as the primary intake and prioritization point for marketing requests, managing competing demands across the organization and aligning work to agreed-upon priorities, capacity, and business impact.
  • Establishes clarity around what work gets done, when, and why—balancing responsiveness with strategic focus.
  • Provides marketing support to Avivatech and Benchmark as needed, filtering and prioritizing requests to ensure alignment with Digital Check priorities while enabling effective collaboration across affiliated businesses.
